I bought my wedding dress in a thrift shop for $20 — it’s worth $3,000

This dress was a definite “I do.”

Olivia, who goes by @tinneyo on TikTok, found a brand new, $3,000 wedding gown at a local thrift shop — for just $20.

The bride-to-be posted a 37-second clip, which now has over 560,000 views since May, sharing how she discovered the too-good-to-be-true deal.

“I went over to the dress section, not even the formal dress. I just walked over there,” Olivia shared. “And I happened upon a brand new with the tag wedding dress.”

The ivory wedding gown incorporates a classic look with a deep V-neck plunge and mermaid fit.

Even though she will walk down the aisle next year, Olivia was still on the hunt for her dream gown. So, she decided to try on the thrifted piece that she said isn’t “something [she] would have picked out initially.”

When she slipped into the dress, she found it to be “stunning,” but not enough to purchase it on the spot even though it was only $20.

Nearly 1,200 people commented underneath the viral video begging Olivia to go back and snag the gown.

“GO BACK! If you don’t end up wearing you can sell it or donate it to someone else,” demanded one watcher.

“$20 bucks and you didn’t just buy it?” questioned another. “Run don’t walk .. stunning.”

In a follow-up video, Olivia took her followers’ advice and did just that: She ran back to the thrift shop and purchased the gown.

“I did end up getting it,” she confessed. “She is really beautiful, she still has the tags on her, she’s in perfect condition.”

Olivia didn’t think the dress would go with her beach wedding ceremony because it was “too glam.” TikTok/Tinneyo

The TikToker revealed the gown is a “Wtoo” piece from the Watters Bridal collection, which runs between $2,000 to $3,000.

Although the Colorado resident brought the garment home, she still isn’t 100% sold on it.

“I’m getting married on the beach and it’s a little bit too glam for me, but I do love it if I can’t find anything.”

However, some brides are ready to rip the size six dress out of Olivia’s hands.

“A few people asked me if I’d be interested in selling it to them,” she shared. “I would love to pass this along as long as you pay for shipping.”

Olivia will officially decide if she is going to keep the dress later this month.

In the meantime, many people are trying to convince the bride-to-be to wear the gown.

“No you have to wear it!” commented one person. “It’s a mermaid dress. It would be perfect for a beach wedding.”

“You could use it before the wedding in a beach photo shoot where y’all splash around in the water!” added another.

“So many of us pick wedding dresses that are different from what we thought we wanted. I love the romance of this dress choosing you,” one woman chimed in.

Olivia responded back saying, “Thank you so much. I love the story of it and how it found me!”
