Tom Brady has ditched the full construction and design plans he made with Gisele Bündchen of what was supposed to be their shared marital home, The Post has learned.
The now-divorced couple purchased the land on exclusive Indian Creek Island for $17 million in 2020.
At the time, floor plans obtained by The Post revealed the home would include everything from a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a meditation garden and a pickleball court — to expansive his-and-hers bathroom suites, a main kitchen, a prep kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. No detail was left out.
But those plans have been completely axed.
“The work on improvements in connection with the property has been terminated as to the following described property all in accordance with Florida Statute … The Notice of Termination shall be effective on the date of execution,” records obtained by The Post show.
The documents go on to state that “People who worked on the property have been paid and all lienors have been paid in full for work and materials provided through the date hereof.”
New plans have been put in place for what Brady hopes to be his own luxe bachelor pad.

His latest home will be a “new two story single single family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system,” the documents say.
Brady and Bündchen announced their divorce last year, and the two plan to co-parent their kids in South Florida. Bündchen and Brady’s marital home would have spanned 17,000 square feet. But Brady’s bachelor pad is expected to land at more than 20,200 square feet, records show.
The previous layout of the 2-acre plot of land was similar, only a bit smaller.
In October, The Post reported that construction had been halted amid their divorce, in which Brady was eventually awarded the Indian Creek Island property.
Prior to their divorce, they rented a four-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot waterfront home nearby. Afterwards, Brady inked a lease for a luxury condo at the oceanfront Fendi Château Residences building in Surfside.
Meanwhile, Bündchen dropped $11.5 million via a trust for a waterfront teardown at Surfside in October — across the water from Brady’s construction project, records show. The 6,600-square-foot house was built in 1981.
